Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, please review the following cancellation and refund terms:

1. To cancel or withdraw, you must provide at least 10 business days’ notice before the course start date by:
   • Sending an email to npreviews@gmail.com, and
   • Texting (954) 336-7639

      

2. A $30 processing fee applies to all cancellations or withdrawals.

    

3. If you provide less than 10 business days’ notice, you may choose:
   • A 50% refund, or
   • Full credit toward a future course

4. No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the course begins (Day 1).

    

5. If you received a course textbook, it must be returned within 3 days of cancellation.

    

6. Refunds will only be processed after the textbook has been received and verified.

    

7. This cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds are processed through PayPal and may take 7 to 10 business days from the date your cancellation request is received.
